"We had a fantastic stay at Azura. We were warmly greeted straight from the get go by staff who were all smiling and gave clear instructions on what to expect for the week. "We had a 5 night stay in Dec25. The staff were very welcoming and warm, with a smile. The buffet breakfast was simple but nice, and there was a Chef cooking individual egg facility for omelettes, etc. The hotel buildings, layouts, terraces, beach access and 2x pools were fine physically, clean and presentable, offering sun and shade. Our room was of good size and had a great little balcony to sit out on. However, the Management need to prioritise resources to ensuring reported faults...

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Casa Babi and we loved every second of it. Sabrina and staff are the best hosts. They picked us up at the airport, helped with delayed luggage, arranged trips and fixed transportation to our next destination. On top of that, their kitchen is amazing. Great breakfast, lunches and dinners. The view to the ocean and the continuous winds are spectacular. If it gets too hot you can jump in the pool. Top, top experience. "

"We loved the space inside the house. We were four people in total, and it was very comfortable for our two adult children and us to hang out in the living room, breakfast bar, or outside on the patio. The pool was just a few steps from the patio, very clean and comfortable, and very welcome in the hot days in January! There are a handful of restaurants within 10 min. walk, which we took advantage of on the nights we didn’t cook inside the villa. "

"The communication regarding the transfer to the apartment was excellent, and the manager was very responsive. The location is beautiful - amazing view of the ocean, close to the beach, nice swimming pool. The apartment was also very clean and the appliances and general amenities were nice. The structure could use some maintenance (window could not shut because wood was swollen, counters cracked...). But with some general maintenance would be very nice."

"Al momento della prenotazione le foto della struttura erano completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato. Da una struttura tipica con stanze a capanna abbiamo soggiornato in bungalows in muratura completamente nuovi ma impersonali. Il contorno tenuto bene e carino. Cosa gravissima mi è stato rubato un costume dentro la valigia in camera e per questo ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse da parte del ragazzo della reception e non dalla direzione. E' stata una vera violazione della privacy."
