"The room could have used some attention re: cleaning. The smell of must was strong. The split system was very noisy and unpleasant to run if anyone wanted to have a conversation without yelling. The tv’s internet didn’t work and when I reported it was told they were trying to fix it, but when I checked in again they said it was a system issue… it never was resolved which put a damper on our rainy evenings ability to watch a Netflix movie. "The Oaks on Market was in a great location , easy access to trams and great space in the rooms . Was quiet in the apartment and beds were comfy. All staff I had communication with were very helpful . Needed a few minor bits of maintenance in our apartment but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Would definitely stay again when in Melbourne. "
