"Het inchecken aan de balie bij binnenkomst duurde vrij lang, ondanks dat wij online al ingecheckt hadden. Normaal geen probleem, maar met 3 kleine kinderen aan de balie en een flink stuk gereden te hebben was dit niet ideaal. De kamers waren prima, maar wat gedateerd. Het ontbijt was perfect en het personeel zeer behulpzaam. De parkeergarage (tegen betaling) onder het hotel is mooi afgesloten en oogt veilig, maar is niet geschikt voor de beginnende bestuurders ivm de steile afrit/toerit en...

"Hemos repetido todos los veranos durante 15 años por nuestro aniversario de bodas. Los ultimos 5 años se ha deteriorado mucho en todos los sentidos calidad-precio. Por cambio de dueños, el Balneario y Hotel antes lo premiamos como 5☆, ahora baja de 4 a 3☆ El proximo ya no volveremos. Resumido: Sin palabras. Algo positivo, mantenimiento jardineria."

"Apart from a bed which creaked whenever I changed position, and the sink never holding water for long (which last problem I've had in 4* hotels), I have no complaints. The staff were fanastic - great local knowledge, friendly and helpful. Only NASA could get a 10/10 from me; if they ever start running hotels, they should consider hiring the staff here to train theirs. Would I consider staying here again? Absolutely!"
