"Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night! "

"Location and building condition were excellent. Very comfortable bed and very well designed modern flat ideal for families. We were taking a night stop on the way to Calais, we picked this place and had a amazing sleep and great night stop. I definitely recommend here. It was definitely very comfortable and clean. Also owner lady was very helpful. Great communication. Many thanks "
