"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in.
The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone...

"We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient."
