"Unfortunately, none of the rooms are clean, hygienic, or up to the standards. There is seepage in almost all rooms, there is no water supply from 11am till 2pm and one can’t bring their cars to the hotel. This is very inconvenient and we would like to seek your approval to have this reservation cancelled with full refund please. "The resort booked thru hotels.com and confirmed they made us wait for 1 hour for check in as confirmation mail not sent by hotels.com We were shocked as no lunch was available as we reached around 1230pm on ordering nothing was served. Further restaurant is non Ac and staff is unprofessional. The entrance to resort is narrow and makes you feel you are entering a very narrow and land locked space.
