"had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. Everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness made the experience truly enjoyable. The pools, in particular, were very clean and well-maintained, which made it even more relaxing for my family and me.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I want to especially mention Marina, who works in the kitchen. She went out of her way to help me store some cheese I had received as a gift by putting it in the fridge. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me—especially because I love cheese, and so do my kids! Her kindness made a big difference in our stay.
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add plastic cups in the rooms. We had a large bottle of water and found it a bit inconvenient not to have cups available.
Overall, a wonderful experience with thoughtful service—I highly recommend this hotel!"
