"Room very small cramped very tight to put luggage and be able to move without bumping into things..I tried to checkout early but hotel refused to waive penalties.Breakfast was very basic limited..toast yoghurt coffee teas rolls only...i will not stay there again"

"Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders)."

"Staff are excellent!! Kind and extremely helpful. Great location with cafés and restaurants one block away. I chose not to have breakfast here, as what I saw appeared extremely minimal. This boutique has a lot of antique pieces, so much so that I did not sit on the chairs in the room for fear of breaking them. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. I did need earplugs as the noise from the street at various hours of the night/morning woke me up."
