"I have no clue how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. The hotel was so old and pretty worn out. The photos you see on the website is over photoshopped. I found a long hair in the bathroom floor and the shower walls were stained. "

"I was only in Athens for one day but the hotel was in a great location near one of the ports and the shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours which was also helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was a nice way to end the trip with a nice meal with a nice view."

"Of course Sofitel at the Athens Airport is perfect for those who fly out early in morning or arrive late on a flight, that is a given. But the room felt dirty, the bed liner was filthy and the rug smelled. The mirror in the bathroom was leaning as if it was broken and the coffee machine was not cleaned. For how much You pay, I feel it is not worth it. I think with all the money they make there and obviously have the market there, the hotel needs to be cleaned and updated!! I probably won't stay...

"Personnel aux petits soins 😍. Propreté des pièces communes impeccable. Nettoyage journalier de la chambre : ça dépend de l'équipe; les essuies changés tous les jours; sur 5 jours de séjour les tâches de café dont resté sur les meubles 3 jours; le soin pour les cheveux est resté collé sur les murs de la douche 2 jours... Bref, ça laisse un peu à désirer. Bien dans l'ensemble, le pt déjeuner et le buffet du soir très bon et varié. Manger à la carte ça revient cher . La piscine jolie mais mal...

"Over all our trip was pretty good coming from NZ as we meet a larger group of family here for a greek weeding. However as this place is mainly targeted at french we felt like second tier guests at times as many visitors don't speak english and are rather pushy and tend to take over, plus one staff member gave us a disscusted look when he realised we didn't speak french and then made comments passing us on other occasions. The pools are only open between 10-7 when there are lifeguards on and...

"This is great place if you want something close to the airport for a short stopover. The shuttle service was reliable and eased travel stress. The location was steps away from the beach and places to catch a bite to eat on the water."

"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked."

"Horrible check in process. THe key was not working, us along with 2-3 other groups of guests waited 30+ minutes. It was the airport driver who was able to get a hold of someone to solve the problem. Property doesn't have a check in desk or reception which makes it hard to communicate."
