"We liked proximity to that Main street, the tram and subway. Ease of getting a taxi. Our room was nice, bed comfy and room was kept clean. The complementary water, fruits and nuts was very nice and appreciated. Challenges, common areas of the hotel were smoky. The numerous taxis right outside the hotel is problematic trying to get in or out. Checkin was curt and unhelpful. Did not provide any useful information on the hotel or site seeing or maps."

"Do not stay at this hotel unless your looking for horrible ever after experience. If you’re used to good hotels this is not it.Manger was rude and asked not be bothered with questions or request. Right from the start I requested ride from airport via email and got reply a rejection . The manger Refused to send cleaning or supplies to room bc it’s only once a stay, including toilet paper and soaps. Room has dirt and bugs everywhere and especially under beds. Fridge and A/C don’t cool at all....

"Overall it was good value for the location with a hot tub in the room which had a sea view on the fourth floor. It was by the lift but we didn’t once have any noise from it over 5 nights. The aircon was efficient and quiet. The king size mattress was big enough for my height of 1.9m but the duvet was a bit narrow. "I was offered a non-smoking room, unfortunately it was right above a smoking area, i think from the street below or something - all I know is it felt like someone was constantly smoking right next to me. I'm generally a simple person who doesn't like complaining and asking to be moved but on this occasion even the hotel guys realised how bad it was, so at around midnight and after hours of ignoring it I asked to be moved and they did.
