"Decent location Friendly staff especially the restaurant staff during breakfast Fidel, Rina, Jhanine and Michelle. Made the day special with their service with a smile. Breakfast offering was standard. However room cleanliness could be improved especially the floor."

"I liked and enjoyed my stay at the property, staffs were helpful and amenities were easily accessible. My only issue was the hidden returnable charge of 50 euro or alternatively give your passport at the checkin point in case of any damages during checkout. I personally think this should be communicated properly before booking so customers can plan for it and not be caught unaware on arrival."

"Locatie was top, je kon te voet naar het centrum. Het zwembad was ook een pluspunt, net en mooi onderhouden. Het eten aan het zwembad was van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het personeel was behulpzaam. 1 minpuntje, we konden op onze kamer niet naar het voetbal WK26 kijken. We moesten midden in de nacht naar de sportbar om onze Belgische ploeg te kunnen zien"

"Difficult to evaluate. If you are expecting a 3 star that is all singing all dancing -this place is not for you. If you like nature and walking and you just need a base from which to explore then you'll enjoy staying here. It is surrounded by a lake and treesThere are only a few staff who keep the place functioning. There is no daily room service but if you need anything just ask.The lady speaks no English but hey she's Albanian. Breakfast is basic. A drink, toast some tomatoes, meat and eggs....

"The hotel about 10 minutes out of the main town centre but taxis cheap. The hotel is clean modern and exceptional staff. From the minute we arrived all the same aff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are well maintained and has an excellent roof top pool. Qudos to the whole team"

"Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy.
