"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"El acceso al hotel Gold River con las maletas desde el parking no es muy cómodo, el tendedero del baño es bastante incómodo ya que te tienes que meter en la bañera para extender el cable y si vas con pensión completa unas vez que elijes un restaurante no te deja cancelar, ni en recepción tampoco les permite, la solución que te dan es que vayas y pruebes suerte a ver si hay hueco. El desayuno correcto, las cenas poca variedad en el buffet del hotel"

"Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey."

"From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did. "Absolutely enjoyed all of it, only downside for me no yea or coffee facilities in bedroom, even though our breakfast was included. I wake up early & first thing for me is a lovely cup of tea. Had to wait till we went down for breakfast 😊"

"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful....
