"Clean & quiet"

"The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was that the water heater was a little finicky. As an American I like hot showers and my particular room the water heater had some issues,but overall it was a great stay."

"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay. Room is small, like studio size or less; it's fine for one but would be too tight for two. The...
