The access to the hotel was blocked and we were not informed in advance. We had to call the hotel after trying to get there for over an hour. Then they sent us written instructions through email. "This is a lovely, small hotel right next to Plaza Mayor; a superb location close to everything and walkable everywhere. The hosts, Rosa and Santiago are the nicest, warmest and most helpful people.
