"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."

The restaurants were clean good service and delicious food and the location was ideal

"This hotel is a gem! We loved the differently themed floors and adored the thoughtful interior design of our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They even offer a pillow menu. The room has blinds and curtains to darken the room entirely and the AC worked very well and was really quiet. We slept through every night and the Nespresso machine was another highlight. Don't miss out on their excellent breakfast! It was delicious and their staff was lovely."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...

"on the website, it was rated 4.5 stars, should have been 3 star Maxas ,I first walked in to check in I was disappointed , no smile or friendly staff ,place extremely small. Everything was falling apart not updated the beds we’re very flimsy and cheap not comfortable at all, the spa which they said it was only a sauna and no pool never get to see it because their hours of operation was from 3 to 9pm , Parking you have to pay Fr.36 day , overall our great to place 2 out of 10 for the money👎"
