"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is in the downtown with stores, restaurants a public beach. The room was large with a nice seaview. It is an older property and pretty basic. We scheduled a ride to the boat and it was convenient and price was great. The downtown gets busy during the day when the cruise ships arrive but very quiet at night when the boats leave."

"Poolside was fine. Free chairs and not crowded. The beach was beautiful, but everything else was a disappointment. Staff were rude, service was slow, and drink options were oddly restricted depending on time and location. Basic things were frustrating, no coffee for the in-room machine, the café closed early, and even getting toast for my sick child turned into an argument. Housekeeping was unreliable.
