"The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty variety of Cambodian and Western items. The staff is extremely attentive and are always going the extra step to ensure the guest is totally satisfied. "I found the accommodation overall lacking in customer service and amenities. There was constant noise from the tannoy system from the school next door all day from 8am to 7pm.
No lunch was offered, only room service at inflated prices. When I inquired about dinner, I was advised there was no food! My friend and I ended up at 7 11 for some dinner! "This was our fourth time staying here and won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful hotel a few minutes Tuk-tuk from pub street, so far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be very convenient.
The breakfast buffet included is great and the overall quality of food (restaurant and poolside) is great if you’re not wanting to head out.
The beds are VERY firm but of good quality, air conditioning in the rooms is perfect, the property is very clean and the pool with bar is a favourite.
