"I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of a couple of policies that didn’t sit well with me. They don’t allow outside food in the rooms, which I found surprising. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and had never come across that rule before. I even had to look it up to confirm it’s a thing.
