"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers).
We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids.
You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....

"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

"It was not operating and the booking was done and Expedia only agreed to pay back the booking fee of the hotel .
I was standing in the cold wind at 12 OC midnight . The hotel was dark , no person working .
I had to book an expensive taxi go to the town in the midnight and book an new hotel ( and all online booking system did not allow the booking any hotel after midnight on the same day)
Total taxi and new hotel costs me 450 euro dollor on top of my 120 euro dollar of initial booking due to...

"Room was fine for the night. Check in was super easy and staff were helpful. Greatly appreciated the private sink in the room. There was only one chair so there wasn’t much “table” space to put things down on besides the closet or window ledge areas. Communal bathrooms were clean and spacious and there was always one available to use. The communal kitchen’s fridge was my favourite thing since we really needed to refrigerate some foods.
Unfortunately our room had a very weird and strong smell...
