"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

"Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night."

"Check in was difficult- key box was hard to use. Wheelchair access was difficult with kitchen table and couch blocking entrance. The owners could consider having a small moveable table with a leaf so the door isn’t blocked. There isn’t enough space between to the front of the toilet and wall to access the shower even for a very narrow wheelchair.
