"Happy with my stay. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is a few steps from the cathedral and the Historial de Jeanne d'Arc. It's about a 15 min walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping all around. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I also didn't have a car, so I can't comment on the parking."

"Absolutely wonderful place! The desk agent, Camille, spoke excellent English, was polite, friendly, and more than helpful. After she escorted us to our room and gave us a tour, she was happy to draw a nice tour to fit our needs. The porters and valets were friendly and helpful as well. The spa is huge. The only drawback is that we stayed only one night. Robes, slippers, thick towels, spacious shower, deep tub in our room. The robes were so lush I had difficulty closing my suitcase!!! 😁 ...

"We had a very spacious studio for 4 people. The beds were very comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. The communal spaces were excellent and the choice of breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent for exploring Le Havre on foot, and there was a choice of parking options too."

"Large room and very convenient hotel location with plenty of free parking around the property. Bathroom is a bit strange: toilet is in a separate room which feels like an airplane bathroom. Large bath tub AND shower in the bathroom, so why the couldn’t be a toilet instead of the bath??? Air conditioning did not cool the room at all, but staff provided a floor standing unit which helped a lot"

"Mein Zimmer A405 war schön und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof von Le Havre. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, und der Strand von Le Havre ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ich hatte an der Rezeption nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und konnte keinen Lärm wahrnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders wenn es Probleme gibt. "We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7."

"Ein sehr authentisches und sympathisches Hotel mit toller Lage oberhalb von Etretat mit Blick über den Ort auf das Meer und die Klippen. Die Zimmer sind passend zum historischen Haus stilvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die gemütliche Lobby verfügt über einen Kamin und eine Bar. Nachmittags gibt es kostenlosen Kuchen und Getränke und für den Abend gibt es eine große Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen. Alles in allem ein stimmungsvoller sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
