"Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom...

"Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night."

"The toilet in my room 316 was not sealed to the floor. Im a small woman and that thing MOVED.
Breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is a bit run down but the receptionist that night was the best part of the entire hotel. "
