"Since my arrival, I’ve experienced consistent issues: poor airport transfer coordination, inadequate baggage assistance, a malfunctioning air conditioning system for 3 days that prevented me from sleeping, the whole hotel feels like a sauna, and an uncomfortably hard bed. Given these service failures at a FIVE-star hotel, is unacceptable. It’s a terrible, terrible hotel, it barely get a 2.5 stars not sure how they got a “5 star” hotel from. Asked for a refund and it’s been more than a day they...

"Fantastic hotel the staff were amazing friendly attentive , with a great sense of a family run hotel . Will definitely return , very close to Port cervo . Breakfast was great fresh fruit a variety of patisseries and cooked breakfast .
Housekeeping were great a perfectly clean room before we arrived back after to breakfast . Thankyou so much for making our trip memorable"

"I wish that the spa (pool and so on) would be free to access. Because for 1h30min 35€ ish or more is INSANE! Sadly there are only a few hotels left who offer these stuff for free. I think that only massages should be have to paid, but pool free. Staff was nice and breakfast okay (4.5/10). Hotel quite far from center but okay. Hotel furniture and architecture is very nice!"

"A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport.
