"The property was right on the beach, which was fabulous. Unfortunately I booked an Ocean view room with air-conditioning, and there’s no such thing. I had to choose between an ocean view or air-conditioning. The staff was incredible. They moved my bags from one room to the next. It was just sad because the ocean view room was gorgeous with a canopy and its own private balcony. But I slept like a baby with the air-conditioning. Because it is extremely hot there."

"Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to...

"There's a very complete restaurant, delicious food, and good prices. The resort is wonderful, just a few meters from the beach. The experience is very good. The only thing I didn't like is that there's no hot water in the apartment's bathroom showers."
