"I booked my stay in 2025 for May 2026. When I booked breakfast was included. The hotel changed it's policy being January 2026 to breakfast available for a fee. They refused to honor my original booking. They also spoke to me as if I lost my mind and I am imagined it all. I contacted management with prove. 3 days later we have heard nothing about my case. Also the room they gave me was not the room I selected. There was no refrigerator to put my meds in. The toilet seat fell off. The bathroom...

"We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant overlooking the beach and bay. The food was good and reasonably priced. My wife and I definitely recommend this property!"

"Mariners is a go to hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals delicious and the view was amazing. Overall an amazing experience. "

"The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable.
Although not by the sea the view was lovely looking over Brighton Bay.
The nearby beach (Brighton beach ) is a 10 minute walk through woodland or 25minutes along the road.
There is a menu available for an evening meal - need to liaise with the owner."
