"This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way. The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property. "

"I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture ."

"We stayed one night as it was close to the airport and we knew we’d be arriving in the dark. The hostess and her family were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived later than expected and though we had not reserved a dinner meal the hostess graciously made us some sandwiches. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again in a heart beat. "Had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was very clean, had wonderful views, and close to everything in the area. Roann was also amazing! Not only did she answer any questions we had but gave us a tour / tasting of the distillery, which we couldn't help but buy a bottle ourselves to have in the evenings when we got back to the house - we aren't typically gin drinkers but we enjoyed this one just over ice! Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!"
