"Very good hotel. But be warned that the surrounding community is very noisy: dogs barking most of the time (stray dogs are an issue), roosters crowing, and vehicles beeping their horns as a warning to other drivers/pedestrians on the winding roads and blind curves around the hotel. "

"Not a flash resort hotel, but sat on the working marina watching the comings and goings was a fascinating watch, and the affiliated Coconut Grove Beach Club is 5 minutes walk along the beach if you need to lounge on the beach. The Loft restaurant/bar had great views, friendly staff and killer rum punches, you have been warned!"

"The staff is very friendly and trying hard to be good hosts, but there are just too many problems in this hotel. Restaurant While the restaurant is happy to serve fast food, eating healthy in this restaurant is difficult. This can be a problem for guests staying for several days, because there are no other restaurants nearby. - Food that is not fast food takes about an hour to be served. - There are very few vegetarian options. - The options that are on the menu are often out of stock. I would typically discuss with the staff how available ingredients could be combined into a decent meal. Fitness room By adjusting my workout plan, I was able to get a good workout, but key equipment is in a poor condition: - The only rowing machine cannot be used, because it is not possible to secure the feet. - One of two treadmills doesn't work at all. The other one works, but has many broken buttons. - The bikes have a fixed height and cannot be adjusted to size. Room My room had a stunning ocean view. However: - On several days a large number of insects (flying ants) came into the room through gaps in the closed (!) balcony doors. - Given the poor insulation, the room heats up immediately when the air conditioning is off, which is very inconvenient at night. - On the Saturday night there was a party (a company event) with very loud music right in front of my window. It was impossible to sleep before 2 am."
