"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Personnel très courtois, la chambre est très propre et disponible à l’heure demander. Le chek-in et très rapide ! Les plats en chambre par contre sont des plats type cantine mais le brunch du matin et tout à fait acceptable ! Je recommande. "
