"The Faraja Hotel is a great place to stay! Although there was an issue upon check-in when they were unable to find my pre-paid reservation for 6 nights, once they located it, everything was fine. The staff is AMAZING! They went out of their way every moment of every day in order to ensure that my stay was the best that it could be. "My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough."
