"Amazing stay, staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was beautiful, set in stunning scenery. Spa was excellent and not too busy. Food in the restaurant was incredible. Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend!!!"

"Very handily placed hotel with parking for Leicester town centre or the football or rugby grounds, all around 20 minutes walk. Room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good value for money."

"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."
