Cari Hotel di Roissy Pays de France

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"Wifi is very poor! Other than that the rest are ok."

"The room looked fairly new and clean, but upon arrival they gave me a key to a room with someone already inside. Then they gave me a new room and a bit after that gave the same room to someone else who opened the door on me just as I was going to take a shower. As far as I know this kept on going the entire night. Hopefully it was only that night. Other than that the room was ok I only needed it for a layover and the shuttles from CDG were convenient."

"L’image du téléviseur était trop sombre, et et il était impossible de l’ajuster"

"Breakfast was pretty good.. 😊"

"Our room was too warm. We were told the HVAC was in winter mode. Even the fan wouldn’t run and no opening window. The thermostat was at 24C when we arrived, which is way too warm. With heat the only option, the cleaning staff should be sure the heat is off when they do the room!"

"Not too bad close to the airport"

"I felt the cleanliness of the hotel was below standard. Because I booked late, the cost was high for what I received. The Premiere might be better than the side I stayed. I didn’t shower as the shower was moldy and I changed rooms when the first room I was given was not clean and smelled weird."

"Hotel lobby is beautiful, and we went into the attached pub which was also very nice. The carpets and dresser in our room were quite worn and the carpet probably needed a deep cleaning . The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so we slept well."

"The smoke alarm always ring negative positively l"

"The free airport shuttle isn’t “free” and is basically unavailable from the airport to the hotel in the evening. It cost us 30 Euro by Taxi to the hotel and 14 Euro back to airport. it’s extremely hard to get ahold of anyone who can help and give proper info (eg where to get shuttle). We tried like 8 times and got transferred, dropped on hold, misinformed, not my job, … I also blame Expedia for misrepresenting the shuttle as free and not allowing a cancellation! Same thing as hotel, they...

"The stay was exceptional… all of our needs were meet immediately.. the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing along with the bar staff. I would definitely stay here again if I ever decide to visit Paris again"
