"The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices reasonable for the standard. The service in the hotel is perfunctory, lacking customer service skills in terms of warmth and can do attitude. Bar service was poor, slow and who doesn't have a slice of lemon for a gin and tonic? "The apartments were good size and very nice It is a bit away from the city center but close to the train station Check in and out process easy and the staff communicated all along the way "

"The reception staff were fantastic, helpful, freindly. The family room was very spacious, clean well laid out. There was some refurbishment work going on but there was very minimal disruption. As their restaurant was closed due to refurb we were able to take the very short walk to Le Cosy next door. Would stay again."

"Pour vivre l’expérience château s’était parfait! Il faut garder en tête que c’est une très vielle architecture en rénovation 😉 Nous avons eu un petit souci le premier soir car pas d’eau chaude mais dès le lendemain aussitôt qu’on a avisé on nous a transféré de chambre sans souci. Le service est très bien, au petit déjeuner nous avons demandé des yogourts et croissants et le tout a été apporté sans problème. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour."

"Le personnel qui travaille au château, sans exception, a été adorable et serviable. Le château tel qu’il est aujourd’hui a une âme, un peu perdu dans le temps, ce qui fait tout son charme. Nous espérons que les travaux à venir préserveront cet esprit. Petit message à destination des nouveaux propriétaires du château : ce n’est pas parce que vous fermez bientôt pour travaux qu’il faut priver votre clientèle de gel douche et d’eau chaude !"

"This was a small, family-run hotel, and we had a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable and immaculate, with high ceilings. Breakfast was extra, but well-worth it, as Host Jonathan would bring to us in the dining room freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious café au lait with the hot milk, croissants, yogurt, muesli, etc. Good location to the center of Beaune, and also short walk to the train station. It was a perfect place for our Beaune visit of three nights. Merci Jonathan ! "

"Sejour rapide sur dijon pour un déplacement professionnel. Localisation de l'hotel au sud de Dijon, dans une zone commercial. Facilement accès par la route. Il est entouré de restaurant et commerce. L'hôtel est correct en qualité pour le tarif proposé. Le petit déjeuné a volonté avec un buffet est qualitatifs ! Petit plus rajouter du salé ou des fruits pour etre parfait.
