"It is NOT in Los Arco's. You cannot walk the 2 miles because it is on the highway and is illegal and dangerous. No one speaks English. They claim to have a free shuttle service to town, they do not. They lied about the free taxi. They got the times wrong about what they said was a free shuttle/ taxi. Kept everyone waiting in reception for 45 minutes for the service to town on the morning. This was awful motel do not go there and I would like a refund on the 36 euros that it cost me for taxis in...

"The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The food was great. The bed was a little harder than we are used to, but overall we loved our stay and the town of Logrono. "
