"Alles neuwertig, leider ist das Bad sehr klein gewesen und beim Duschen wurde alles naß, weil es keine komplette Kabine gibt. Ansonsten Top Zustand und gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Leider wurde nie Staub geputzt während des Aufenthaltes."

"Lithos Villas ist eine Oase der Entspannung in Nikiti. 2025 ist erst die zweite Saison. Daher alles neu und quasi unbenutzt. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, super herzlich, kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen sofort und kommen proaktiv auf die Gäste zu. Die Villas sind sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der private Pool ist ein Traum. Der Blick und tägliche Sonnenuntergang laden zu abendlich Sit-ins auf der wunderschönen und großzügigen Terrasse ein....

"Séjour au top!!! L’appartement est très bien placé, avec un parking toujours libre. La résidence possède une piscine et se trouve au calme. L’appartement était très bien, spacieux et neuf!!! Wifi bonne"

"Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist absolut traumhaft. Man braucht aber definitiv ein Auto, da sich kein Geschäft oder Restaurant in fussläufiger Entfernung findet. Das Appartement und auch die Terasse sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt ein paar kleinere Mängel (duschkopf der Regendusche war defekt, Herdplatte hat nicht wirklich funktioniert). Aber der Empfang und auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Mängel wurden schnell beseitigt."

"Wir haben im Haus D gewohnt und waren sehr happy über die neue und sehr gepflegte Wohnung in Bestlage. Anbei ein Bild der Aussicht von unserem Balkon, auf dem wir nachmittags mehrmals Kaffee oder Wein genossen haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super freundlich und er hat uns alle Fragen unkompliziert per Chat beantwortet. Ich würde diese Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen. Sie ist weit und breit die neueste und schickste am Strand von Kalamitsi."

"Geweldige ontvangst, juist buiten centrum ( 5 min wandelen) en heel rustig. Mooie rooftop met heel lekker eten en geweldig ontbijt, zeker een ster meer waard. Heel vriendelijk personeel en gastheer-gastvrouw. Voor hethaling vatbaar."

"The property's management was very good. They addressed al our questions and request in the opening meeting, which meant we didn't need to constantly go to the management office to talk about problems with the property. We thought we would use the pool, but ultimately didn't. The pool was used by the children of other guests, so maybe if you have children this would be a good place for you. The suites were comfortable and the Air conditioning was super. We were always able to find the room...
