"We stayed at several hotels throughout Sicily—including Palermo, Taormina, and Siracusa—and this was by far the weakest experience of our trip.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our first room would not cool properly, so we were moved to a second, which was only slightly better. We were later offered a third room and even another hotel, and were told it would cool down outside at night. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts to help, guests should not have to switch rooms multiple...
