Cari Hotel di Qinghai

"This apartment hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. BUT: 1. No one speaks English, not even the managers 2. I tried the trick of adding 2 00s to the end but that did not work either. I spent hours trying to a) order in-room breakfast and b) pay for it. I tried to talk to management about it but they do not speak English. Expedia...

"Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. "

"Good location. Walking distance to train station and bus terminal. No air conditioning."

"環境設備衛生一流，唯於退房時職員誤當未付款，再次於信用卡收取費用"

"基本上还算干净，但是淋浴设施的地漏有点老化了，而且不喜欢这家酒店不提供免费的矿泉水。早餐提供的食物质量一般，而且品种少。"

"Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended."
