You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. "Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking."
