"This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great."

Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it.
