"The hotel is generally very nice and exceptionally quiet. I did not feel that our room #002, was of the same standard that the photos on Expedia suggested and the mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. The breakfasts were very good and the staff friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. The free breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced in Europe. We also ate twice in the Polish restaurant attached to the hotel and enjoyed traditional Polish dishes. The only thing I would...

"The room was nice, and very clean. The location was pretty good, especially if you are up for a 25 min walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The staff, however, were not very welcoming and warm. The overall feeling was like we were bothering everyone when we were checking in, using spa facilities and checking out. At times, certain personnel were pretty rude. Would not stay here again. "

"What a unique hotel with an Old World vibe. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the main train station and tram stop. It was quiet too, even with the location. The staff we interacted with were helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend."
