"It needs an uppgrade, it’s not clean. It’s dirt under the bed and in the corners. They have bed bugs..! The straff was nice. The toilets was clean, but it smelled. "

"The property was very rundown and in need of major renovations. Wooden floors creaked so loud that it sounded like we were crushing egg shells. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but not too well. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Location was fantastic. However, with so many hotels in the area at similar prices I will be choosing a different place next time."

"The location of this place is fabulous, although it can be a little difficult to find at first. The room we had was huge, and had a nice TV. The shared bathrooms were quite filthy, so they could probably up their hygiene standards. I used the bathroom at their hostel across the road where you check in- and they actually seemed cleaner than the ones for the private rooms. Overall though, what a great stay in Krakow!! "
