"Rooms were a good size. A plus was a bath and shower although you have improvise and make your own plug . The bar is a bit limited but there are plenty of nearby places. A big plus is its right next to the bus and train station and the number 1 tram line which gives you access to the rest of the city. "Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay.
The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat.
And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask...

"The staff was incredibly nice. The hotel itself is centrally located and only a five minute cab ride from the train station. The only criticism I would have is that it appears to be aslightly older property so just know that. "
