"The location was great and the staff interactions went well; I found it strange that you couldn't control the temperature on your individual room had to make a front desk request and the bed wasn't the most comfortable after a long flight however I enjoyed my stay"

"Words cannot express how great this hotel was! Firstly the position overlooking the bay, and the rooftop restaurant really makes great use of this. The food is excellent and service impeccable.
The rooms are small ( we got the budget room) but adequate with a very comfy bed and a great rainfall shower. Everywhere is meticulously clean!
The staff all excel to provide excellent service, often anticipating tasks to ensure a truly great stay. George was particularly attentive.
I would recommend this...

"Wonderful hotel. Sophia front desk was very nice. Hotel very clean and elegant. Breakfast was wonderful. Very tiny shower and toilet tight squeeze at least in our room. Overall and excellent hotel."

"AC was fine however some morning were cool and it has no heating cycle but fine for summer.
Leaving windows open is not a good idea this time of year as the area has a few mosquitoes.
Fridge was in the room but did not work.
On Sunday I twice had to wait between 5 to 15 minutes along with other guests who couldn’t get in or out as the automatic front door was locked - no staff at desk"
