"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. "The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchen were a bit underwhelming but all in all I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
