"The property would of been great except the bed was terrible. We could feel the springs poking us and the mattress was noisy and lumpy. A 4 star resort is expected to have top quality mattress. I brought this to management and nothing was done about it. For that reason I would not recommend the property."

"Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We had a very enjoyable two-night stay. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful. One evening, we thought there was no hot water in the shower, and someone came to check it almost immediately. It turned out that I had simply turned the control the wrong way, but we really appreciated how quickly they responded and came to help in person. There was occasionally a slight unpleasant smell around the bathroom, mainly in the evening. We did not really...

"have to begin with Konstantina, who made our experience special from the moment I booked, months before our arrival. She always answered my questions in record time, offered wonderful recommendations, and was endlessly kind and attentive. Her warmth was one of the sweetest highlights of our trip. Konstantina, thank you for making us feel so welcome before we even arrived! A heartfelt thank you also to Victor, who helped us so much during our stay. The people at Nefeli Homes truly make this...

"Wow! What an amazing experience! The property itself was beautiful, pristine, and in a prime location! The staff was kind, attentive, friendly, and personable. This was a splurge trip for my husband and me for our 30th anniversary and it was worth it! The breakfast was included every morning on the rooftop and did not disappoint - the view, the food, or the staff (we loved chatting with Yannis and Aris)! We had cocktails every evening at sunset on the rooftop as well - a wonderful cocktail...
