"These days, the difference between what you get within a certain price range at different places is rarely great. In this case, some attentiveness was lacking. While the room provided for our stay with our dog worked excellently for this, it seems the staff in arranging this forgot that we had booked for 3 people (two adults and a child) in addition to the dog.
