"Tog lång tid att checka in! Ingen svarade i telefon! Efter 30min fick vi leta efter personalen som inte hade kunskap om hur hon skulle checka in oss. All personal var någon annanstans och fokuserad på ett bröllop! Låset på dörren av ur funktion, åter ingen som svarade i telefon. Rummet var stort och fint och bra utrustat!"

"Vi fick en chock! Beskrivningen på Hotels motsvarar inte stugans faciliteter alls. Skicket stämmer heller inte med tanke på priset. Stugan har en snygg rustik design som säkert passar för privat bruk, men är helt olämpligt för uthyrning. Ofräscht stuga över lag och ofräscht utedass som ligger 10m från stugan. But the outdoor areas were overgrown and neglected: with very high grass; the access down to the water totally overgrown so not usable; the bench in the picture also completely overgrown and inaccessible; and the platform on the water was broken and not accessible. So basically no water access at all. Communication with the owner was also a challenge. The phone number included in the booking didn't work, and the checking-in...

"The host is friendly, she sent a welcome e-mail and instructions early and responded on questions quickly. The house is a few km out from Avesta on river bank, nice and quiet. One rents a one room + kitchen + shower/wc whereas there may be other guests renting other parts of the house. The house and the furniture are pretty old, but fully functional (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) It is the perfect place if one looks for a peaceful corner, wishes to make food oneself...

"After 16 hours of intercontinental travel and train rides through Sweden, I am so glad the Elite Grand Hotel was my destination. The staff was welcoming in every interaction. I am particularly fond of the clerk who explained how the bus payment system worked. She kept at it until I understood that I should pay for my ticket in the app just as I entered the bus. It was important that I not waste any of my 90 minute paid-up transit window standing around on the bus stop. That's what l call looking after your guests. Breakfast was plentiful and leisurely in pleasant rooms. "
