The stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The staff were very helpful and did their upmost to accomodate any request. The room was very clean and tidy.

Everything about the hotel was excellent except the spa area. We paid extra to use the facility however only used it twice as it was very noisy with people talking loudly and young children splashing about in the pool. Not a relaxing spa experience at all

Wonderful experience. Pricey but it was worth it. Close walk to old town, across from beautiful park. Great buffet for breakfast, friendly staff, pillowtop mattress and lovely room.

Tallink Hotel was very nice and I highly recommend it. The only glitch we had was that our room cards kept expiring every day even though we were there for a three day visit. Very good breakfast and hotel staff was extremely nice.

Staff was great. There was some issue where my booking via expedia did not show up in their system, but staff did everything they could to accommodate me and provide extras. Really friendly and helpful in pointing out where to go and what to see. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, and it is in an area convenient both to walking around and using public or private transportation. Would definitely come back here.

Peaceful and compact hotel, conveniently located in the old town. Incredibly helpful and kind staff, lovely sauna, and comfortable bed. Slept like a rock! I’d make a point to stay here again if I return to Riga.
