"My son absolutely loves the water park! Is it very toddler-friendly! The only thing I didn’t like was the arcade. Most of the machines didn’t work, and they took your credit it wont let you play. Everything else was great!"

"When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. "Disappointed in housekeeping service. They put dirty clothes back into our suitcases , put a toothpaste cap that fell on the floor of the bathroom back onto the tube , moved things around that we couldn’t find, and the sink flooded the bathroom from the pipe when turned on because they moved the nozzle around when cleaning. We had to use our clean towels to clean it up."

"It was probably a beautiful hotel at one time but it is now older and needs upgrades to the rooms. The vents are visibly dirty, there is a damp mold/mildew smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The very small tv worked with a digital antennae and didn’t work half the time. There was no microwave. There was no liner on the shower curtain so the curtain had mold. There is no complimentary breakfast. We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. ...

"My daughter and I stayed here while we looked at colleges. The location was perfect, within walking distance of so many sights, and the staff was very helpful. The parking was easy and (compared to other valet service) inexpensive. The rooftop pool and lounge was unreal. We asked to check in early and got our room right away. "Clean appearance from lobby to room. Well maintained. Valet Parking was welcome. If you try to park in the garage it's a lot greater pain in the butt. Overall it's a very nice place to stay."
