ARRIVED AT 3PM AND DID NOT GET ASSIGNED A ROOM UNTIL AFTER 5 PM MANY CUSTOMERS WERE WAITING AS WELL NEVER GOING BACKED EVEN OVER HEARD HE SAY THAT SHE WAS OVER BOOKED"

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."
