"Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell."

"The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. "Staff was very rude from the hotel clerk to I’m guessing the property manager. There was something that looked like blood one of the rooms light switch and the door was hard to open because it’s dragging the floor. My other room was okay other than black crumbs on one of the beds. The whole time we was there if felt like they were waiting for a reason to tell us something. "The room was nice and the staff were nice. However, multiple families from our softball team stayed at this hotel. We all had a minimum of 4 people staying in each room. Every room only had 1 or 2 towels. The front desk said they were out when we tried to get more. They didn’t even have hand towels they could give us. We were in a room that slept 6, but had 1 towel. That is extremely unacceptable. Towels are a basic necessity, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t have had enough…especially after...

"My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...
